Exclusive VCDC Management: All services, including Website Bundles, Funnels, and Social Media Automations, are provided as a "Fully Managed Service." Venti Castelora Digital Consultants (VCDC) maintains exclusive administrative control over the technical platforms and infrastructure used to deliver these services.

Access Restrictions: Clients are not granted direct login access, backend credentials, or administrative rights to the VCDC internal software environment. This "hands-off" model ensures system integrity, security, and the protection of proprietary "Venti Strategy" workflows.

Lead Delivery: Leads generated through the Website Bundle are delivered to the Client via nominated external channels (e.g., Email, SMS, or a simplified mobile notification interface).

2. Website Bundle & Digital Assets

Service-Based Hosting: The Website Bundle is a managed solution hosted on VCDC’s private infrastructure. Website availability is contingent upon an active, paid subscription.

Termination & Deactivation: Upon cancellation or expiration of a service agreement, VCDC will cease live hosting of the website and associated funnels at the end of the current billing cycle.

Intellectual Property: While the Client retains ownership of their brand marks, logos, and original content provided, the underlying technical architecture, custom-built funnels, and automated logic remain the exclusive intellectual property of VCDC. These assets are not transferable to external hosting environments or third-party providers.

3. Multi-Platform Social Media Automations

Scope of Automation: VCDC manages automated content distribution across nine integrated platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bluesky, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Business.

Platform Adaptability: To ensure optimal performance, VCDC will adapt and format content to meet the specific technical requirements of each platform (e.g., character limits, aspect ratios, and video duration). The Client acknowledges that content may vary slightly across different networks to ensure the best fit for each audience.

Third-Party Technical Disruptions: VCDC is not liable for service interruptions, failed posts, or account disconnections caused by third-party platform updates, API changes, or security flags. It remains the Client's responsibility to ensure their social media accounts remain in "good standing" with the respective platforms.

Content Governance: The Client is responsible for ensuring that all business information and requested content comply with the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service of each social media platform used.

4. Automated Communication & Data

Response Responsibility: VCDC provides the digital infrastructure for automated lead capture and instant auto-reply sequences. The Client is solely responsible for manual follow-up and the ultimate conversion of these leads. VCDC is not liable for business loss resulting from the Client’s failure to monitor notifications.

Data Controller Status: In accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, the Client acts as the "Data Controller" for all customer information captured through VCDC-managed assets. The Client must provide and maintain a valid Privacy Policy for their business.
